Lunar Ticks was written by JP Wilson and Keeley Cheswick over 4 years (2013-2017) while travelling Europe in those golden days BB (before Brexit). Side A focuses on the wonder and excitement of starting a family and the flipside addresses themes such as foraging, HP Lovecraft novels, love in outer space and facing existential dread through art. It was recorded and arranged in Stefan Stambolovo (BG) and Winsford (UK) in our make shift home studio with no more than 3 mics at any given time. The tracks feature many dear friends although the core band for live shows at that time was JP and KC alongside Ste O'Brien and John Michael Rawlinson.
Recordings were made by JP and A Studnicki and the record was mixed and mastered by Joel Magill.
